Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minneapolis were looking to further differentiate themselves from their competitors by highlighting their more human, genuine and in-person approach (they have physical stores you can walk into and discuss your healthcare). Working with their agency Yamamoto we were charged with helping shift their tone of voice away from the impersonal to a more authentic, warm and real expression of their brand.
For this TV spot ‘Family’, we cast a real, extended family and spent a very enjoyable day capturing one of their regular family gatherings. It made us all want to grab a hula hoop and join their clan.
