This is the urban dictionary definition of Game Recognize Game in audio form. Wu-Tang Clan mastermind & Spirit-Dad, the RZA, sampling Monk’s ivories on not one, but two joints for their 1993 stone cold classic, “Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)”. First you’ll hear the original Monk song, followed by the Wu-Tang song that samples it. Capische? Oh and we’ve also added Monk’s 1958 composition, “Misterioso.” Not because it was the first song we heard from the man, but because it’s fun to gaze deeply into a mirror and introduce yourself to a new breed of superhero. “They call me….El Mee-Stee-Ree-OH-SOH!”
